Ghana’s foremost food brand Papaye Fast Foods, has chalked another significant milestone in its operations with the opening of another branch in Accra.
The Frafraha branch which was opened opened on Friday is part of efforts to create employment opportunities and contribute to the growth of the hospitality industry in Ghana.
It marks the ninth(9th) branch in the company’s thirty years of existence.
The new branch seeks to offer direct employment to the residents in the community and provide culinary services for customers within Adenta, Frafraha, Oyibi, Dodowa and surrounding communities.
The Executive Chairman of Papaye Fast Food Limited, Dr Samir Kalmoni, in a speech at the opening ceremony on Friday, thanked customers for in the growth of the company since its inception.
He said, ‘‘Papaye has operated as a good corporate citizen over the years and adhered to all regulatory requirements on Health and Safety, been environmentally responsible, been corporate socially responsible and been the touch bearer in the fast food sector in the tourism industry’’.
Mr. Kalmoni, entreated Ghanaian work force to see organizational success as a team effort, adding that the way a team plays as a whole determines its success. ‘’You may have the greatest bunch of individual stars in the world, but if they don’t play together, the club won’t be worth a dime’’, he said.
