Ghana Link Network Services Limited, the operator of the Integrated Customs Management Systems (ICUMS), has announced a major ongoing upgrade to its platform, cautioning stakeholders about potential intermittent services disruption.
According to the company, the upgrade is part of efforts to enhance the efficiency and performance of ICUMS.
Head of Public Relations at Ghana Link, Norvan Acquah Hayford said “we fully acknowledge and deeply the inconvenience, delays and disruptions this may cause to business operation.”
The company therefore notify all stakeholder, trading communities, government agencies, freight forwarders, importers, exporter, and others of an ongoing major upgrade to the Integrated Customs Management Systems.
Ghana Link expressed appreciation to the patience and understanding of all stakeholders during the upgrade process and reaffirmed to maintaining transparent communication.
