The Youth Employment Agency (YEA) is proud to announce a groundbreaking partnership with Ghanaian music icon Shatta Wale and his innovative ride-hailing initiative, SHAXI, aimed at creating thousands of jobs for young Ghanaians.
As part of this bold collaboration, YEA will provide fuel coupons worth GHC 500 monthly for six months to the first 2,000 vehicles that register with the SHAXI platform.
This support is designed to reduce operational costs for drivers and incentivize youth engagement in the transport industry.
In a further push to maximize job opportunities, SHAXI vehicles operating 24/7 will receive additional incentives, allowing for shift-based employment.
This model ensures that each vehicle can employ at least two young drivers, increasing income potential while doubling job creation per vehicle.
This partnership represents a strong step toward sustainable youth empowerment and employment, driven by innovation and collaboration.
Stay tuned as we drive Ghana’s future forward — one ride at a time!
