The Greater Accra Regional Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Hon. Emmanuel Nii Ashie Moore, has donated assorted food items and Islamic prayer materials to Muslim executives within the party to support them during the holy month of Ramadan.
The donation was made at a meeting held at the Weija Gbawe Constituency, attended by four constituencies, Metropolitan, Municipal, and District Chief Executives (MCEs), and a Member of Parliament, who gathered to deliberate on the ongoing New Membership Registration exercise.
Items presented included 25kg bags of sugar and other assorted foodstuffs, aimed at boosting the morale of the Islamic executives as they continue to serve the party with dedication.
Officiating the meeting was the Greater Accra Deputy Communications Director, Hon. Simon Kwaku Tetteh. MCEs present included Hon. Felix Odartey Lamptey, Hon. Emmanuel Allotey, and Hon. Moses Ocansey. The Member of Parliament for Bortianor-Ngleshie Amanfro, Hon. Felix Akwetey Okle, also addressed the gathering, encouraging the executives to remain steadfast in their service.
The constituencies represented at the meeting were Weija Gbawe, Obom Domeabra, Anyaa Sowutuom, and Bortianor-Ngleshie Amanfro.
The event formed part of ongoing regional engagements to strengthen party structures and ensure a smooth and effective membership registration process.
