The Head of Communications of the office of the Speaker of Ghana’s Parliament, Peter Bamfo, has made history by being unanimously elected as the Secretary of the Legislators’ International Network for Collaborative Solutions (LINCS) at the National Conference of State Legislators (NCSL) annual business meeting.
The election took place on October 21 at the NCSL headquarters in Denver, Colorado, USA.
This landmark decision marks Mr. Bamfo as the first International Secretary of the Conference, signalling a significant milestone in fostering international collaboration among legislators.
With his extensive background in communication and experience in parliamentary affairs, Mr. Bamfo brings a wealth of experience and a unique perspective to the role.
