President Mahama arrives in Sierra Leone for an official visit

President John Dramani Mahama is expected to arrive in Sierra Leone today for an official visit.

Upon his arrival, President Mahama will be welcomed by Sierra Leone’s President Dr. Julius Maada Bio alongside representatives from Ghana’s diplomatic missions in Sierra Leone at the Freetown International Airport.

The two leaders are set to engage in bilateral talks to strengthen the relationship between their nations.

The discussions are anticipated to also cover areas of mutual interest, including trade, security, economic and social infrastructure as well as regional cooperation.
