Member of Parliament(MP) for the Tamale North Constituency, Alhaji Alhassan Sayibu Suhuyini has taken on President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo in a cryptic quote for once upon a time referring to the late former President John Evans Atta Mills as ‘Professor Do little’.
The 10th Anniversary Celebration of the death of the former President was on Sunday, July 24, 2022, commemorated with two separate events; one from the government in conjunction with Mr. Koku Anyidoho which saw the commissioning of the newly refurbished Asomdwe Park amidst a wreath-laying ceremony and the other by the National Democratic Congress(NDC) with leading figures including John Dramani Mahama laying wreaths in his honor.
Suhuyini who was fond of the former President prior to his demise took a picture of President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo while bowing before the tomb of Mills and wrote “Be still and keep focused.
The God of the universe will make those who belittle you, bow before you in life or death. They will bow🤲🏾✌🏾 RIP “Prof Do little”(In Nana Addo’s voice)”
It would be recalled that in 2010, President Atta Mills who then was on leave was mockingly crowned by Nana Akufo-Addo as ‘Professor Do Little’, saying he has failed Ghanaians.
Speaking to a horde of journalists who stormed his Nima residence where he was holding his maiden post-congress meeting yesterday, Nana Addo said the president should be referred to as ‘Professor Do Little’ with the ‘Better Ghana Agenda’ he promised Ghanaians.
“…The Professor, who is in charge of our affairs, President Mills, is now known as ‘President Do Little’ and it is important that all of us work together to make sure that Ghana has the sort of government that the people of Ghana deserve,” he said.
