Former Deputy General Secretary for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Koku Anyidoho has called for an open conversation.
According to him, if he ever disrespected John Dramani Mahama as Vice President during Prof Evans Atta Mills administration he is willing to listen to John Dramani Mahama.
Koku Anyidoho says the boys of the former President have lied against him and it’s time the world gets to know that claims made against him were lies.
“Your Excellency John Dramani Mahama me Samuel Koku Anyidoho I’m calling you to an open conversation. If I ever disrespected you as Vice President meet me and we will talk about it. Your boys have lied about me, created stories even to the point of the death of my daughter last year, one of your boys said that I killed my daughter.”
“I will meet you John Mahama in an open debate. You speak to me and I will speak to you and I will tell you things you did against me. I’ve dared him to a contest and if he does not come and talk to me then he’s not fit to be President of Ghana again. If President John Mahama does not come and dispel the rumours about me then he’s not ready to be President again,” he said on Accra-based Okay FM.
He said he has tried on several occasions to settle his differences between him and John Dramani Mahama but all efforts have proven futile as Julius Debrah keeps telling him there is pressure and that he cannot be friends with the former President.
“I will drive from my house to Julius Debrah’s house in Dome and what he will tell me is that we cannot be cool again the people are pressuring him not to be friends with him again so he can’t be cool with him again,” he said.
