Leader and Flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) John Dramani Mahama has described the 2024 election as one of the most crucial elections in the country’s history which presents an opportunity for Ghanaians to rescue the country from the destructive clutches of the current administration
The NDC Flagbearer said this on the first day of his “Building the Ghana we want Together tour” of the Upper West region.
In an Engagement with Professional bodies that included Teachers, Nurses, Lawyers, Trades, Drivers and Artisans, H. E. John Dramani Mahama said “7th December is Election day. We all know what we’ve gone through these past 7 and half years.”
According to him Ghanaians have the unique opportunity to pass a verdict on the incompetence, ineptitude and cluelessness demonstrated by the Nana Akuffo Addo administration in the governance of the country.
“And so on 7th December, the driver is going and if the driver hasn’t driven properly these 7 years, we are not going to hand over the car to the driver ‘s mate.”
“So I leave you with one final question. If you have a car and the driver didn’t drive well and you are taking your car, will you give it to your former experienced driver or the careless driver’s mate? I will give it to the former experienced driver,” he added.
