On the last day of his four-day campaign in the Upper East region, National Democratic Congress Flagbearer John Dramani Mahama’s first destination was the Yagaba-Kubori Constituency in the North East region.
Addressing the chiefs at a durbar in the Yizesi community, Flagbearer Mahama made several promises, including:
- Building a Community Day SHS Block for the community
- Establishing a Farmers Service Centre
- Creating an Agro Processing Zone to aid farming activities
Noting that Yagaba-Kubori is predominantly a farming community, Flagbearer Mahama emphasized the importance of establishing a College of Education in Agriculture Development to provide training in agricultural development.
