The Acting Minister for Defence, Dr. Cassiel Ato Forson, has led the committee tasked with investigating the August 6 military helicopter crash to present its report and findings to the President.
The presentation took place during a meeting of the National Security Council in Accra.
The investigative committee was chaired by the National Security Coordinator, COP Abdul-Razak Osman, and comprised technical, aviation, and security experts drawn from relevant state agencies.
According to officials, the report is expected to be made public on Tuesday.
The release is anticipated to provide clarity on the circumstances surrounding the incident, which resulted in operational and safety concerns within the Ghana Armed Forces.
