President John Dramani Mahama’s 120-Day Social Contract Taskforce is a high-powered team established to ensure the successful implementation of his governance plan within the first four months of his second term. Led by Dr. Valerie Sawyerr, Senior Presidential Advisor on governmental affairs, the taskforce comprises key ministers, presidential advisors, and top government officials.

- Energy and Trade: Hon. John Abdulai Jinapor (Minister for Energy) and Hon. Elizabeth Ofosu Agyare (Minister for Trade, Agribusiness & Industry)
- Justice and Education: Hon. Dominic Ayine (Attorney General) and Hon. Haruna Iddrisu (Minister for Education)
- Youth Development and Communication: Hon. George Opare Addo (Minister for Youth Development) and Hon. Sam George (Minister for Communication, Digital Technology & Innovation)
- Health and Gender: Hon. Kwabena Mintah Akandoh (Minister for Health) and Hon. Agnes Naa Momo Lartey (Minister-Designate for Gender)
- Security and Presidential Affairs: Mr. Prosper Bani (National Security Adviser) and Joyce Bawah Mogtari (Presidential Adviser & Special Aide to the President)
The taskforce is responsible for ensuring that the administration meets its commitments within the set timeframe, delivering 26 key initiatives that will drive Ghana’s transformation
