NDC Parliamentary Primaries; Who is DZATA BI of Weija-Gbawe?

As the National Democratic Congress kicks of its Presidential and parliamentary process today, one man would be the center of attention at Weija Gbawe because his emergence as formidable aspirant to lead the NDC to rewrite its story in the constituency.

Nii Saka Allotey, a young wealthy businessman who has not hidden his ambition as far as the Weija Gbawe seat is concerned, has emerged as a powerful force with his infectious energy and messages of hope and accountability grabbing the attention of delegates of the NDC and constituents alike.  

In a constituency that seems to always be on the lookout for a messiah to solve its myriad of problems, Nii Saka Allotey, affectionately called Nii BI Dzata BI is counting on the love he has shown the constituency and his plans of changing lives in Weija-Gbawe to win the parliamentary slot of the NDC in that constituency.

To emerge as the Parliamentary candidate Nii Saka Allotey would have to beat of his competitors, which are estimated to number around eight and is speculated to include the 2020 parliamentary candidate, Nii Aya Ayison and the immediate past constituency secretary, Felix Ordartey Lamptey. 

Already there are signs that Nii Saka Allotey might be in a “comfortable lead” and have an edge over his competitors as he is already seems to be winning the affection of supporters of the opposition National Democratic Congress in Weija.

NII BI DZATA BI is a resourceful young man under 40 years who has shown the capacity to muster the resources and build the influence required to succeed where others have failed with his track record in running and owning multiple businesses.

The Weija-Gbawe seat has been occupied by the governing New Patriotic Party since the constituency was created but NII BI DZATA BI is undeterred and believes he would make history and alter the story of the constituency.

Nii Saka Allotey is a banking consultant who doubles as Chief Executive Officer and President of the Bill De Billionaire Group of Companies, a trade company with over 6 subsidiaries in diverse industries, including Bill Lands Consults, Graphic Wood Limited ,New Era Security Solution, Justice Reality and More Company Limited.

With years of experience in Survey, land economy and security, NII BI DZATA BI has established himself as a formidable force in business.

Nii Saka Allotey also serves as Director on a number of important corporate boards in both  private and civil society organizations such as Multiple Farmers Association, Retired Mine Workers Foundation , Ghana Association of corporative Mining Alternative Livelihood, Youth in Mining Ghana, Association of Private Detectives in Ghana.

He has received a number of commendations, recognitions and mentions for his relentless contributions to the socio-economic development of the country.

NII SAKA ALLOTEY was recently award a doctorate degree by the High Stone University in California during the 11th edition of the Pan African leadership investment and Summit held in Accra. 

At the same program, he also received an ICON of peace award and was inducted as a fellow of chartered institute of peace and governance.

The young successful entrepreneur, NII BI DZATA BI is committed to use his entrepreneurial skills to creating job opportunities for his people.

Early life and Education

Nii Saka Allotey was born into the Royal family of Sempe which is one of the key Royal Gate of  the Ga State in the Greater Accra Region, the Capital of Ghana. He completed  his Secondary School Education at St Thomas Acquinas Secondary School , while he was at St Thomas Acquinas, he became the spokesperson for the school SRC, after  Secondary School he  gained admission and enrolled at the Ghana School of Survey where he excelled with distinction.

He pursued a course in Business Management from the Institute of Commercial Management (ICM.UK) Where he obtained Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management.

Mr. Allotey furthered his studies at the Accra Business School and graduated with Executive MBA in Corporate Governance. Currently Mr. Allotey is pursuing LLB Law Program at the Kings University College.

Nii Saka Allotey has also participated in various international and local corporate executive programs aimed at scaling up productivity, security, entrepreneurship. 

Institution and programs he has attended include Graduate School of Governance and Leadership at the Lambert University London; Career Diploma in skills  and science of investigation and security, ATHE-UK  Strategic management, Eagle Eye PI Institute; Professional skills and science of investigation from Eagle PI Institute, Africa centre for capacity building management and business administration in Real Estate and Property Management
