President John Dramani Mahama has made it clear that he has no animosity towards the judiciary, and his doors are open for cooperation to drive national progress.
President John Dramani Mahama emphasized his administration’s commitment to fostering a collaborative relationship with the legal fraternity, ensuring that his government values cooperation with the judiciary to strengthen governance.
President Mahama made these remarks when the Ghana Bar Association Council led by the President of the Association, Mrs Efua Ghartey paid a courtesy call to him
Mahama acknowledged that there’s a perception of tension between his administration and the judiciary, but he’s keen to dispel that notion.
He pointed out that his government is willing to work with the legal community to achieve its goals.
The President also highlighted his commitment to reforming and strengthening Ghana’s justice system, which is a key part of his administration’s agenda.
He’s already taken steps to implement his campaign pledges and manifesto promises, including reducing the number of ministries to promote efficiency and cutting costs.
