Dodowa, Greater Accra Region
President John Dramani Mahama has announced that Vice President Professor Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang is expected to return to Ghana before the end of next week to resume her official duties.
The President made this known during a stop in Dodowa as part of his thank-you tour of the Greater Accra Region.
He assured supporters that the Vice President is in good health and looking forward to continuing her responsibilities.
“Before the end of next week, Vice President Professor Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang will be back in the country to take up her duties fully,”
President Mahama stated.
Professor Opoku-Agyemang has been out of the country on official engagements, though specific details of her trip have not been ldisclosed.
The President’s tour is aimed at expressing gratitude to the people of Greater Accra for their continued support and engagement in national development efforts.
