Bono Regional Chairman of the ruling New Patriotic Party NPP, Kwame Baffoe Abronye has angrily exposed the special prosecutor of the Republic of Ghana Lawyer Kissi Agyebeng. According to Abronye, Kissi Agyebeng must immediately resign from office due to the uncovered secret about him.
What Has Abronye Exposed?
Abronye explained that, special prosecutor Honorable Kissi Agyebeng has involved himself in a serious conflict of interest. He attached every evidence in his write up on Facebook. Abronye detailed that a private investigator DSP Emmanuel Basintale who was appointed by the Special Prosecutor was involved in a gold scam. Therefore, it’s a conflict of interest for Kissi Agyebeng to appoint him to investigate cases.
” With this, Mr. Kissi Agyebeng, you’re involved in a conflict of interest and must resign immediately. Check out this scenario, how can a high court judge be appointed into a higher office to investigate a case which he was previously involved in.?” Abronye quizzed.
Abronye further exposed John Dramani Mahama as a beneficiary of tax exemption and benchmark waiver during his tenure. With Mahama he gave that to foreign companies. Therefore it’s not wrong for Labianca to enjoy same.
