A Vice President of the National Association of Graduate Teachers (NAGRAT) Jacob Anaba says authorities have failed the Senior High School students.
The Nana Akufo-Addo led administration has given its full backing to the EC to conduct a mass registration exercise on various SHS campuses.
Even though Mr. Anaba is of the opinion that students who are 18 years and above needed to register to vote, he fears the conduct of the exercise would create more destruction on the various campuses.
He wondered whether the school and health authorities know the COVID-19 infection status of EC officials before stationing them on the campuses to conduct the registration exercise.
The NAGRAT Veep told Sena Nombo on the Gold Power Drive the ongoing voter registration on the campuses would worsen the COVID-19 situation on the various campuses.
