The Ayawaso East Municipal Chief Executive, Hon. Hajia Salma Mohammed S. A. Kuta in collaboration with World Relief Organization, an international non-profit organization(NGO) donated assorted items such as clothing and provisions to women and children at Nima-CDR. Some prayer materials were also distributed to the Mosques within community. They include the Mallam Musah Mosque, Mallam Hussein, Research and Masalanchi Kado. The chiefs and other members of the communty were not left out in the donation exercise. It was an occasion to bring smiles to the faces of the women and children in the community The Hon. MCE also took time to interact with the women and children. To assure them that, they are always at heart and their development and empowerment is key to moving the community forward.
