His legal acumen and steadfast commitment to judicial integrity have earned him high praise across the Bench and Bar.
According to a statement issued by the Minister of Government Communications and Spokesperson to the President, Hon. Felix Kwakye Ofosu, “His wealth of experience and long service on the Bench render him eminently qualified for the high office of Chief Justice.”
The statement described Justice Baffoe-Bonnie as a man of “diligence, integrity, and unwavering commitment to justice,” who has made “invaluable contributions to the development of Ghanaian jurisprudence.”
His Lordship has been acting in the capacity of Chief Justice since April 22, 2025, following the removal of his predecessor.
