Veteran journalist Kwesi Pratt Jr. has advised the Coalition for Social Justice (CSJ) to take a cue from President Akufo-Addo and take immediate advantage of the momentum generated by the recently held “Kum Yen Preko” demonstration.
The demonstration held in protest of worsening economic conditions attracted scores of Ghanaian from all walk of lives who poured on the street to protest the direction and policies of the Nana Akufo-Addo led administration.
Speaking over the weekend on current Affairs analysis program Alhaji &Alhaji, Kwesi Pratt Jr. who is one of the organizers of the famous Kumi Preko demonstration, called on the demonstrators not to let the momentum wane.
According to him his call is the advice given to organizers of the Kumi Preko demonstration by Nana Akufo-Addo at the time.
He disclosed that Nana Akufo-Addo at the time advised the organizers of the Kumi Preko demonstration not to let the momentum generated by the famous demonstration wane by organizing a follow-up protest.
Kwesi Pratt Jr. said the CSJ needed to take the advice of Nana Akufo-Addo and not take too long before organizing another one.
He was impressed with the turnout despite what he believed were events that threatened to derail the organization of the mammoth protest.
