Internation Risk Analyst Raymond Archer believes President Akufo-Addo is key to the work of the Adhoc Committee set up by the Speaker of Parliament Alban Kingsford Sumana Bagbin to investigate the alleged leaked plot to remove the Inspector General of Police Dr. George Akufo Dampare.
The ace journalist disclosed this to Sena Nombo on the Gold Morning Conversation of Radio Gold in response to the testimony of former Northern Regional Chairman of the governing New Patriotic Party Daniel Bugri Naabu.
The former NPP Chairman told the committee that he gave the original of the leaked recording to President Akufo-Addo to act upon.

Raymond Archer believes the suggestion makes President Akufo-Addo a crucial part of the work of the committee.
The International Risk Analyst’s stance seems to have been fortified by the insistence of one of the key actors in the alleged plot COP George Alexander Mensah that the leaked audio in the possession of the committee was edited.
He suggested that the committee secure the original copy Mr. Bugri Naabu said was in the possession of President Akufo-Addo.
The committee has so far heard the evidence and testimony Mr. Daniel Bugri Naabu, COP George Alex Mensah and two other serving police officers.
The Adhoc Committee has been tasked to authenticate a heavily publicized leaked audio recording on which some persons were heard discussing the removal of the IGP Dr. George Akufo Dampare.
Mr. Daniel Bugri Naabu in his testimony before the committee admitted to being the one behind the leaked recording and fingered COP George Alex Mensah and one Superintendent George Asare as the other voices on the recording.
A named third policy officer identified as Superintendent Eric Gyebi denied any any conversation or interaction with Mr. Bugri Naabu while the other officers admitted to their voices on the recording.
