Work on many Agenda 111 facilities across the country have stalled, including the project in Adeiso.
More than a year after contractors received $1.3 million to mobilize and start construction in the Upper West Akim district of the Eastern Region, the site remains bare.
The site is undeveloped and filled with rocks and weeds.
The Minority in Parliament is touring some of the Agenda 111 sites to expose what they say is a deception by the government.
Ranking Member on the Health Committee, Kwabena Mintah Akandoh said, “it is reported here that the contractor came to the site around the 31st January, 2022.”

“So it was our expectation that when we got here, much progress would have been made but unfortunately, what we see here is not the case,” he told journalists on Wednesday.
The MP insisted that government has no plans to complete the hospitals.
