Footballers go through tough times in their career and one of them is former Black Stars midfielder, Emmanuel Agyemang Badu.
The former Berekum Arsenal and Asante Kotoko player has spent most of his professional career in Italy playing for Udinese and Hellas Verona before a stint at Bursaspor in Turkey.
The 31-year-old is currently without a club after his deal expired at Chinese side, Qingdao fc and he told Gold Power Sports about the worse moment of career.
“It was two years ago in 2020 when I was at Hellas Verona.
“I had a blood clot in my lungs and I was out for like five months.
“Thank God I’m back and feeling very well, I was able to play some games before the league went on recess.
“Last year I was able to play in China, I came back just two months ago.
“So that was a difficult year for me throughout my football career.” Agyemang Badu told Radio Gold Sports.
Badu has expressed interest in playing for current league champions, Asante Kotoko but has equally made himself available for any club.
