Musician and political activist Kwame Asare Obeng, known widely as A Plus, has launched a scathing criticism on the Founder of God’s Crown Chapel, Reindolph Oduto Gyebi for his assertion that people who criticise the construction of the National Cathedral will die miserably.
Not mincing his words, A Plus described his assertion as “fooling”, stressing that everyone will eventually die whether or not they criticise the construction of the National Cathedral.
A Plus noted that no one will live forever, implying that using the threat of death to seek to silence persons who disagree with the construction of the National Cathedral is untenable.
” Foolish man!!! If I die you live forever? Did TB Joshua die because he criticised the national Cathedral? Everybody will do! Stop fooling!!!” He thundered.
The government of President Nana Akufo-Addo is facilitating the construction of a National Cathedral. But many have kicked against the move. A recent appeal for contributions has reignited criticism of the project.
