A group aligned to the National Democratic Congress, Ga-Dangme Caucus has presented one hundred (100) packs of bottled water, One hundred (100) packs of assorted drinks and an amount of ten thousand Ghana cedis (GH¢ 10,000.00) to the Greater Accra Regional Executive Committee of the party
The gesture according to the Ga-Dangme Caucus of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) will go a long way to facilitate the Limited registration exercise
The presentation was done at the Party’s regional office by the group led by the General Secretary of the Caucus, Samuel Atukwei Quaye (Esq).
Presenting the items, Samuel Atukwei Quaye said it’s important and essential to donate these items at this time because of the exercise which is very important to the General public and the National Democratic Congress by extension
“The donation is part of our widow’s mite to the party in the mobilization process and register more Ghanaians who are eighteen years and above but doesn’t have voters ID card ahead of the 2024 general elections
Receiving the items on behalf of the Greater Accra Regional Executive Committee, Emmanuel Nii Ashie Moore thanked the Caucus for their support and urged others to emulate the action of the Ga-Dangme Caucus of the National Democratic Congress
He also encouraged the youth who are yet to register to do so and get their names in the Electoral Commission’s voter register so they can exercise their civic right and vote massively for the Flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress H. E. John Dramani Mahama and all the thirty-four (34) Parliamentary Candidates of the party in their various constituencies
