The Regional Coordinator of the Ghana School Feeding Programme (GSFP), Ms. Jessica P. Braimah, has expressed deep appreciation to the Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for Weija Gbawe, Hon. Felix Odartey Lamptey, for his strong support during the monitoring of the Programme in the municipality.

According to Ms. Braimah, the MCE’s presence and active participation in the exercise reflected his unwavering commitment to the welfare of schoolchildren and the success of the School Feeding Programme in Weija Gbawe.

“Your presence and active participation not only strengthened the exercise but also demonstrated your deep commitment to the welfare of our children and the success of the programme in your municipality,” she noted.

She added that Hon. Lamptey’s encouragement and cooperation provided personal motivation and further underscored his dedication to ensuring that the objectives of the GSFP are achieved.

“It is leaders like you who inspire us to work harder in ensuring that the objectives of the Ghana School Feeding Programme are achieved for the benefit of the children, communities, and Ghana as a whole,” Ms. Braimah said.

The Ghana School Feeding Programme continues to work closely with Metropolitan, Municipal, and District Assemblies (MMDAs) to improve monitoring, accountability, and delivery of nutritious meals to schoolchildren across the country.
