After filing his nomination, the Human Right Lawyer who sounded optimistic, described himself as the best candidate to win the Madina seat and increase the votes of the flagbearer of the NDC in 2020.

“I’m the most marketed candidate in the contest and I’m sure I’m going to win to ensure that, I increase President John Mahama votes in the Madina Constituency. People who are not even NDC members, floating votes and some NPP supporters are all saying if it is me Lawyer Sosu they will vote for me. So is clear that our votes will increase especially that of President Mahama come 2020 elections.”
