Radio and Television personality Afia Pokuaa popularly called Vim Lady has expressed worry over the fact that the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP) has lost its cherished values.
According to him, the NPP of yesterday was known for fighting for the people, encouraging free speech and pushing for democratic principles to be effective.
However, in recent times, the New Patriotic Party has lost touch with its main core values as a party as everyone there is greedy and looking for a way to make money off the developing country.
Afia Pokuaa says it’s about time the party looks within and works at ensuring that it revisits its old values.

She continued “now all the boys in there are money conscious and will take advantage of everything to make money. Even delegates are bold to sit on television and say that party congress they were given GHC 10,000. Even COVID relief money a party executive confessed to having got GHC 100,000”.
