Key functionaries of the Nana Akufo Addo led government will on Friday June 28, 2019 throng the Volta regional capital of Ho to address residents on government’s plans and policy actions since assuming the reins.
The event which would come off at the Ho Technical University is the latest of the Kojo Oppong Nkrumah led Ministry of Information’s town hall meetings.
A press statement issued on Monday indicated all 18 Metropolitan, Municipal and District Chief Executives (MMDCEs) in the Volta region will be given the opportunity to render account on developmental projects within their Metropolitan Municipal District Assemblies (MMDAs) over the period of their tenure during the event.
The Ministers of Education Matthew Opoku Prempeh, Health Kweku Agyeman Manu and Gender, Children and Social Protection Cynthia Morrison are billed to speak on government’s investments in human capital and social interventions.
“The information services department will mount a photo exhibition on the success story of the Akuffo- Addo led administration as a side attraction” the statement indicated
The Town Hall Meeting is in collaboration with the Volta Regional Coordinating Council.
