Zuckerberg apologizes over Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram blackout

Founder of Facebook Mark Zuckerberg has apologized for the temporary disruption in the functioning of Facebook, Instagram WhatsApp and Messenger, saying that he knows how much his services are relied upon for people staying connected with others.

Social media platforms Facebook, Instagram WhatsApp and Messenger had been down for hours Monday, October 4, 2021, promoting worldwide complaints and loss in value of stocks.

But after several hours, engineers have been able to bring back these platforms which help billions to stay connected.
