Ghanaian reggae icon, @rockydawuni has been nominated for the 64th Grammys which would take place next year.
The Recording Academy revealed the nominations for the awards show during its second-annual virtual Livestream event on Tuesday morning from the Grammy Museum in Los Angeles.
Rocky Dawuni was nominated for the Best Global Music Album category with his “Voice of Bunbon, Vol. 1” and he is competing in the category with the likes of Daniel Ho & Friends, Angélique Kidjo, Femi Kuti, and Wizkid.
It is Rocky’s second Grammy nomination after his sixth studio album titled Branches of The Same Tree was nominated for Grammys Best Reggae Album in December 2015 for the 58th Annual Grammy Awards.
