Queen Elizabeth, the United Kingdom’s longest serving monarch passed away last Thursday and already preparations are in place for a grand funeral for the late queen.
She served her people for about 70 years and will go down as the second reigning monarch after Louis XIV of France who ruled for 72 years.
The late queen’s funeral is expected to witness a number of notable dignitaries turning up for the event.
In a release today, foreign diplomats and head of states cannot come by their private planes.
They will all have to wait at a location in West London where a coach will escort them to the funeral grounds.
The world leaders have also been charged to arrive in London via commercial planes because of security reasons.
Helicopters have also been banned from being used by these world leaders.
They will have to wait to be conveyed to the church
The leaders also can be with only one partner or escort.
In a Facebook post, A-Plus has reacted to this latest development and mentioned that this means that President Akufo-Addo will not be able to attend then.
He called on the UK to take their funeral then since private jets will not be allowed to fly into the country for the funeral.
Will President Akufo-Addo fly in a commercial jet to the funeral? Will the President attend the funeral at all?
