Former Kumasi Asante Kotoko Vice Captain, Eric Donkor, believes it is always a step in the right direction to upgrade in their career especially nearing career exit.
Donkor, stated that his interest in the game of football and the need to transfer knowledge to the coming generation spurred him towards acquiring license D certificate in coaching.
“I think is a right step in the right direction for the local players to take that motivation and also do what foreign players have done before”.

I also want to impact that knowledge into the next generation to come”.
