President Mahama departed Accra aboard a special aircraft provided by the President of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Abu Dhabi, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, a gesture reflecting the strong bilateral relations between Ghana and the UAE.
The aircraft is scheduled to convey the Ghanaian President onward to Lusaka after the Summit.

The Summit, taking place at Madinat Jumeirah in Dubai, provides a space for leaders from government, business, science, and international institutions to exchange ideas on innovation, inclusive growth, and forward-looking public policies.
President Mahama is expected to participate in high-level discussions and bilateral engagements focused on economic transformation, sustainable development, and international cooperation, in line with Ghana’s development priorities.
