Two Robbers on a motorcycle managed to steal a bag of money from someone who was going to deposit it at a savings and loans company on Spintex Road in Accra on Tuesday, May 28, 2024. The robbery happened at the Pan African Savings and Loans branch, which is next to FBN Bank on Spintex Road.
According to videos shared on social media, the robbers followed the person carrying the bag of money to the bank. They waited near a pharmacy across from the bank and attacked when they saw their target. In the video, gunshots can be heard, but a witness said that the shots were fired by the robbers as a warning, not by the police.
Even though one of the robbers fell off the motorcycle as they were trying to escape with the money, he was able to get back on the bike, and they rode away from the scene.
