Black Stars head coach Otto Addo has released his 26-man squad for the upcoming matches against Mali and the Central African Republic. The squad features a mix of experienced players and new faces, with some notable absences.
In goal, Otto Addo has selected Lawrence Ati-Zigi, Jojo Wollacott, and Frederick Asare of Asante Kotoko. The defensive line-up sees the omission of the seasoned Daniel Amartey but includes Tariq Lamptey, Mohammed Salisu, and Alexander Djiku, among others.
The midfield welcomes back Thomas Partey, who will be joined by Salis Samed, Elish Owusu, Edmond Addo, and other talented players. Otto Addo has also given maiden call-ups to Ibrahim Sulemana and Brandon Thomas-Asante, recognizing their impressive performances.
