General Secretary hopeful of the National Democratic Congress Fifi Fiavi Kwetey says his decision not to contest incumbent Johnson Asiedu Nketia was because he felt the NDC scribe has done a good job.
Fifi Kwetey is one of three persons who have declared their intention to contest to replace Johnson Asiedu Nketia as NDC General Secretary.
Fifi Fiavi Kwetey officially declared his intention to join the rest after Johnson Asiedu Nketia told Ransford Kwesi Boakye on Pampaso, he would not seek re-election.

Speaking in an interview with Sena Nombo on the Gold Morning Conversation, Fifi Fiavi Kwetey says he saw no reason to contest the respected General Secretary of the NDC because of the quality of job.
Even though, he admits Johnson Asiedu Nketia has not run a perfect administration, Fifi Fiavi Kwetey believes the NDC scribe has done enough to convince him that he is right for the job.
According to him his decision to contest the position has to do with the interest of the party and not his personal ambition.
The former Ketu South MP says he prefers to support anyone he felt performed well in his position.
