The Mahama4Change Campaign trail storms Easter Region, the home region of President Akufo Addo as he galvanizes votes ahead of the 2024 General Election
The leader and Flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress John Dramani Mahama will be in the region for five days starting today Monday 18th November to Friday 22nd November 2024
Already former President John Dramani Mahama had toured thirteen (13) regions to tell Ghanaians about the National Democratic Congress manifesto and policies
While in these regions the Flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress has been telling Ghanaians to vote for the National Democratic Congress to Change and reset the current challenges the economy is faced with
“Ghanaians are suffering and this is unprecedented in the history of Ghana as the country can’t service both local and international debt hence the Domestic Debt Restructuring Program which has brought untold hardship to pensioners and investors” he said
Speaking at a community durbar to wrap up his campaign tour of the Northern region in the Mion, Karaga and Gushiegu Constituencies John Dramani Mahama told supporters and Ghanaians not to repeat the mistakes of 2016 where the current President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo and his vice President Dr. Bawumia through lies and deceit lure Ghanaians to vote for the New Patriotic Party
He said a vote for Dr. Bawumia is an extension of President Akufo Addo’s administration and to protect him from probity and accountability
The progress and Prosperity of this country lie in the hands of the NDC government and the need to create more jobs for the Youth through the 24 hour economy policy, the Women’s Development Bank policy to equip and support women in business, National Apprenticeship Program for skills and Vocational training and the big push for infrastructure Development
