An Organization and Management expert based in the US Dr. Justice Salifu says President Akufo-Addo is exposing his inefficiency as a leader.
The academic and consultant was reacting to the recent claim by President Akufo-Addo that his appointees have met his expectations.
“I feel many of them for me have done outstanding work. Their output has been considerable, and that is what I look at. If the output measures expectations, then I don’t have any strong reasons to heed the call,” he said.
Commenting on President Akufo-Addo’s statement in an interview with Sena Nombo on the Gold Morning Conversation, Management and Organization expert Dr. Justice Salifu said the President’s comment was a verdict on his leadership.
He said the President’s comment exposed the inefficiency of his leadership and how that has influenced the performance his government.
